Delivery
Once you have ordered your item we advise it will take 2-3 weeks for it to be made and shipped, this is because we do not hold any stock all items are made as and when they are purchased. 
When your order has been sent (2-3 weeks after your order was placed) you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
Shipping UK : £4.50
Shipping Europe: £15
Shipping Worldwide: £20
Please note that if you place an order for delivery outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, please note that we have no control over these charges and we are currently unable to predict the amount. As the customer you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
 
 
Returns 
All items sold on our website are made as and when you order them. This is to reduce the amount of waste and avoid producing any excess stock. As a result we request that if you wish to cancel an order please get in touch with us as soon as possible to avoid any wastage.
If you are unhappy with your order once you have received it you have 14 days to get in touch to let us know you wish to return your item we will then confirm your return and send you our return address. After this you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. We do not cover return postage or take responsibility for goods in transit once you have sent them until we receive them. Once your return has been received we will process your return to your original payment method and you should receive it to your account within 7 working days.
Please ensure all items returned are clearly labelled with a name and email address.

Repair + Re-wear 

Sometimes things break and it shouldn’t mean that it’s the end of their life! To prolong the life of our clothes we offer a repair service*.

So if, over time, your item needs a bit of TLC  you can drop us an email at contact@florohde.co.uk and we will arrange to have it repaired for you.**

* Please note you will need to cover the cost of the shipping for a repair.

** In the rare occasion that we receive an item that is beyond repair we will return the item to you in its current condition or alternatively we can recycle the fabric if you do not want it back.

 

Re-use & Recycle 

In the event that you no longer want an item you purchased from FLOROHDE  instead of just throwing it away please send it back to us and we can either try and use/ rework the fabric into something else or we will make sure the fabric is recycled correctly to ensure the minimum amount of waste.

Please ensure you have clearly stated that this is an item you do not want back in the package.
